When we get to the hotel we use our key card on the first door (there are 2 entry doors to the pool) and the lock is broken. only to be replaced by a separate tray of food laying on the other side of the hallway, clearly a different tray as the contents had changed (no longer half a burger, fries, and ketchup with other misc. They finally removed the first tray of food after 24+ hours laying in the hallway. We come out of our room an hour or two later to visit the pool. We returned around 6 pm to find more trash littered around on the floor littered throughout the hotel, clearly left by room service as it was all contents of the rooms (trays, glasses, linens, etc.). The next morning we left to enjoy the day, the same tray still in the hallway. The tray was still in the hallway both when we left and when we returned at close to 11pm. Two hours later we leave our room to go to Tuscany for dinner (side note - dinner was fantastic). We get to the 5th floor, already in a sour mood, to find a garbage can in the hall and food trays laying in the hall with no room service attendant to be found. We sleep on a queen at home, these were smaller than that. It also had 2 "Queen" beds, which are definitely not queen size. So they put us in the tower in a room with half the amenities I paid for while claiming it was an "upgrade". We arrived at almost 5pm, we'll after the "Check-in" time of 3pm, and we were told that our "Executive King" was not ready.
When we arrived at the hotel we were impressed when we walked through the door, but that quickly changed. In the comments I only requested somewhere quiet on a high floor as it was our wedding night. If you tell them it's your wedding night prepare for a bad time!! I booked my stay a month in advance.
